OEC
is a dream come true for its founder Mr. Elias Rouayheb
. Who started his life in this world of contracting
with a very well known company the "CAT" .
In 1964 when OEC was established and registered under
the number "7724" in the commercial court
of Tripoli , it was directly involved in major project
in Lebanon at that time such as part of :
- Refinery of Tripoli (Tank construction).
- Tripoli Fair.
- Tripoli Port.
- ALICO at Khaldeh.
And so on, during the war until these days .
With its new share holders:
- Chaiban
Moawad
– Walid Rouayheb
– Ziad Rouayheb
OEC is still acting and performing in the world of contracting
and subcontracting with Lebanese and international companies
and through its first class qualifications .
OEC launches its project management from its offices
it Zgharta and Jounieh and through its site offices
all over Lebanon .
OEC and during this past 40 years , was always proud
of its participation with the reconstruction of Lebanon
.
Proud of our personnel and our teams which is formed
of 70 employees including 10 engineers and where in
the peak of our works we could reach 400 employers and
with an annual turnover for the past 20 years higher
then 12 millions dollars a year .
During these years OEC established sister companies
such as "Betomix" ready mix company and real
estate company and renting company and others .
Our past is honorable, our ambitions are higher and
we are looking for a bright future .
